Our Process

Once you have contacted us to let us know you want to complete your tax return online, the following process will take place:

• A member of our staff will call you at the time of your greatest convenience
• Once you have provided us with your credit card details, we will process the fee
  

• To complete the return, we will require the following details:
  

o Tax File Number (TFN)

o Job classification

o Declaration of all income sources

o Deductions

o Spouse details

o Private insurance details

o Any other information pertinent to the return

• After we have factored in all the details, we will advise you of the refund & final fee
• We will send you a copy of the tax return
• After you have reviewed the return, we will ask you to sign the relevant pages and send it back to us (please let us know directly if there are any changes you wish to make to the return before signing & returning it)
• You will then send us your bank details & copies of any invoices or other documents we may require as evidence
• The lodgement will be completed
